I guess I can agree to my previous speakers, but what I'd like to add is that, after thinking about it, I like how the background is also very strong in colours.
All fits together in this picture, the colours, the atmosphere, everything.
She is like a part of her surroundings, as if she was some sort of ethereal nature, and very well represents autumn in its beauty.

I don't know if this is what you intended, but by not making the background less dominant you put the focus on how she belongs to that place and time of year, and not on her as a model.

And the name is absolutely fitting the whole impression this picture creates.

Well, this is quite remarkable to begin with! The overall color palette works beautifully and gives off the sense of serenity and the autumn feeling, both eloquently framed by the girl's expression and stance. Likewise, all the rest of the little details in the make-up, accessories and kimono give off a dreamy and aristocratic attribute to the piece that resonates strongly the era and theme you are striving for.
The only thing that I think could have worked more potently is maybe a less saturated bgr, or at least a bigger difference in tone value between fore and back-ground; since all the colors are closely related in both fore and back-ground, this seems to make the picture somewhat essentially devoid of depth.
(I would love a close up on the girl's face and part of the umbrella from this photo-shoot btw.)
Other than that though, I really think it's another exquisite example of your work. And I also hope this helps some. Well done! ^^
