So I'm not too familiar with the Motherland Chronicles, aside from the works that have come across my watchers list, but from just a moment's look you can pretty much tell that this is an absolutely solid design. The shapes of the outfit and hair are very strong, and have a great flow with each other that really work to identify her character. And It is a welcome feel, as you can really believe this to be a functional outfit, that genuinely makes the character look gorgeous, as oppose to a large number of half naked fantasy art lol.

Although the lines made from the outfit lead me towards what's in her hand, as well as the amount of contrast to that area, and I jump between thinking either her face or what's in her hands as being the focal. This isn't really a big issue, but unless you are trying to sell the character or the outfit itself, you're focal will be determined by that, and should have the most attention to it (we identify most with faces when looking at characters, making it the focal). If you felt like fixing that, I would go about it by either adjusting the lighting on her, to make more contrast higher, and less as you go down, or by maybe adding some subtle background or extra effects that blur out what you don't really need to be scene.

Also, as my own preference, while I do really like the outfit for being simple, yet very strong, it may be a little too simple. It doesn't really hint at any definite culture she could be from, or any time of background other than being apart of a fantasy world. Adding a little more to it, without losing the overall feel of it could make it a much more solid design, and possibly even more memorable. Again that's just my opinion lol.

I think that's about it for my take on it. It's fantastic and really well executed, and I definitely look forward to seeing more, amazing job <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=":) (Smile)"/>
