I like the picture because of the originality, the thoughtfulness that went into the materials used, and the pose of the model, as well as the contrast between the warm and cool colors. Though I have seen the representation made before, it has never been shown in this way, which is why I gave it a 4.5 in originality. Vision recieved a 4 because of the overall quality, professionalism, and originality that went into the photograph.
However, the picture itself seems grainy, and as a fellow photographer, graininess is definitely uncomfortable, though it can be used to artistic effect. Yet, I feel like this picture did not use the graininess as an artistic effect but rather as a bi-product of the printing medium, which is why I gave a lower grade on the technique.
Overall, the impact that the picture left was sensual but sad feeling mixed with discomfort, which is why I gave it a 3.5.

In the oval image section is material like cloth in blue suspension, spread like clouds, A young, presumably female person is lying with her shoulder-length red hair. The hair is flying in the wind like and cover a portion of the face and the back. All is the result of an underwater picture.

The objective contents of this image are not so important because the essence of the overall impression is the colour blue with a red center. The picture is a composition with an abstract impression, captured by the photo-objective which has fixed all the details of clothes and the hair.

It is an excellent use of photo techniques.
