I got to collaborate with *harlequinromantique! Omg omg she was sooooo nice and sent me so much awesome jewelry I could use for the shoot and they were all so pretty *fangirl gush*
Been a long time since I used sand in the studio! We had about 500-600kg of it, setup and teardown was such a pain but so worth it for the concept I think. Thank you SingaporeBrides for the support~!

With reference to the title, the photographer has attempted to recreate such a feel as depicted in ancient Greek mythology, where sirens were dangerous and devious creatures, portrayed as femmes fatales who lured nearby sailors with their enchanting music and voices to shipwreck on the rocky coast of their island. (Source: Wiki)
Meticulous planning are clearly evident in the photo. The weathered wood at the back, the dents in the sand, the white wedding gown look, the high cut across the left girl's leg, the blue exquisite jewellery involved, the sharp enticing look by both ladies, all of which amplifying and accentuating the focus of the 2 ladies. (Not to mention the good choice of models.)
With the usage of great lighting, the audience, such as myself, are drawn to the sublime beauty presented. All in accordance to the definition of a siren.
However, the photographer gives the definition of a siren a twist. Taking a look at the hand gestures and the gazes in both ladies' eyes, it could seem that the left lady is being protective of the younger and less experienced(inferred from the eyes) lady on the right. This is also reflected in the body posture and amount of exposure between the both ladies.
My interpretation: Taking a look at the dry hard sand and the modern clothing of the sirens, it seems that the once devious sirens have come ashore and are now trying to fit into society, like the many other deviants out there. However, the older left siren/lady knows better and is protecting the right siren/lady from the fury of man that she has experienced before.
Sapphire earrings a sapphire bracelet to match both their eyes, since four of them is enough, no need for a replacement
A two of both of twins, all of what they want is to replenish their lust to keep them above water's fins
They are sitting to see if the Grand Lady will scold them if they were to drift apart of the three.
The Grand Lady and her twins, held together by love so they can't outgrow themselves from their own skins.
