This is a great picture in general! The makeup and lighting are great.
Lips: Nice color and defined edges
Eyes: The silver doesn't quite match the lip color. Great idea though! The eye and lip color match up very nicely!
Skin: Perfectly flawless look! Very doll-like!
Hair: Not a strand out of place!
Pose: The model should face the left a little more instead of looking straight toward the camera, it makes it look like she's straining her neck. Or face straight forward (to the left.)

Perhaps instead of a pitch black backdrop, once the photo is taken, an editor could be used to add a silver or reddish "aura."
Great picture overall!
